Recently, the national “13th Five-Year Plan” key R&D plan “New Building Intelligent System Platform Technology” project kick-off meeting was officially held in Tsinghua University Information Technology Building. The start-up meeting brought together more than 60 people including Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology and other universities, China Academy of Building Sciences, China Building Standards Institute and other scientific research institutes, as well as core representatives of several high-tech enterprises. As the participating unit of the project, Sun Jie, the application director of Air Conditioning Products, attended the meeting on behalf of the company.

The kick-off meeting marked the official launch of the "New Building Intelligent System Platform Technology" project. The project aims to develop a new flat, centerless building intelligent system platform technology that meets the intelligent needs of large-scale public buildings, and establish a building intelligent technology system with independent intellectual property rights in China, which belongs to the “13th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan”. The key project of green building and building industrialization is led by Tsinghua University, and together with about 20 research institutes such as China Architecture Design Institute, China Building Standards Institute, Anhui University of Architecture, Dalian University of Technology, China Resources Real Estate, Bingxin Air Conditioning, Tencent and Tongfang. Innovative companies participate together.

The project start-up meeting group consists of experts from the University of Science and Technology of China, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Architecture and other units. Professor Yu Hongsheng from the University of Science and Technology of China is the leader of the expert group. The project leader, Professor Zhao Qianchuan, Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, reported on the implementation plan and quality control plan of the project. At the meeting, the project team special experts, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Professor Jiang Yi of Tsinghua University Building Energy Conservation Research Center gave high praise to the project and placed high hopes on it as the “two bombs and one star” project in the field of green building in China. It will help China to master the right to speak in the future of intelligent building technology standards, which has important epoch-making significance.

As a state-level high-tech enterprise and a pioneer in the field of magnetic levitation air conditioning, Bianxin Air Conditioning was invited to be the participating unit of the project, and will coordinate with other research institutes and enterprises of the project team to jointly participate in the intelligence of flat and non-central platform. The development of electromechanical equipment provides equipment support for theoretical research and application implementation.

After the meeting, the representatives of the participating units learned the relevant national documents and regulations together, and conducted in-depth discussions with the project team experts on the future research work and division of labor to ensure the early successful implementation of the project. The members of the on-site project team also unanimously stated that they will spare no effort to give full play to their respective technological advantages under the leadership of expert leaders, and work closely together and work together to help the project be successfully completed.
